TERMS OF SERVICE — AXIOMA

1) Service description

Axioma provides training analysis and feedback based on your connected training data (via OAuth) and your inputs (e.g., RPE) delivered via Telegram.

2) Not medical advice

Axioma is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Training recommendations are informational. You are responsible for your decisions and should consult a qualified professional if needed.

3) Accounts and connections

You authorise provider access via OAuth. You can revoke access at any time. Each athlete connects their own account; coach/club workflows do not grant access to other athletes without their explicit authorisation.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
abuse the service, spam, or interfere with other users
use the service for illegal activities

5) Availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change.

6) Liability limitation

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Axioma is not liable for indirect damages or outcomes related to training decisions made using the service.

7) Termination

We may suspend accounts for abuse or security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
