PRIVACY POLICY — AXIOMA

1) Who we are
Axioma is a training analytics service that integrates via OAuth to provide training insights and Telegram-based workflows.

2) What data we collect
If you connect your training provider via OAuth, we may process:
- OAuth tokens (access/refresh)
- Activities (workouts) metadata and related metrics available via granted scopes
- Calendar/planned session data (if connected)
- Wellness data (if connected)
- Basic settings/profile identifiers needed to map your account
Additionally, we process data you submit in Telegram:
- RPE and post-workout evaluation inputs
- Your goals and preferences needed to generate feedback
3) Why we process data
We process your data to:
- connect your account and keep the connection working
- link planned sessions to completed activities
- generate training feedback and summaries in Telegram
- improve product reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
4) Consent and control
We process provider data only after you authorise access via OAuth. You can revoke access at any time in the provider settings and/or disconnect within Axioma.
5) Storage and retention
- OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are not shared publicly.
- We retain your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after disconnect to meet security and operational needs, unless you request deletion.
6) Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data only with service providers strictly needed to operate Axioma (hosting, logs), under confidentiality and security obligations.
7) Security
We use access controls and standard security practices to protect stored tokens and training data. No method is 100% secure, but we aim to minimize risk.
8) Your choices and rights
You can:
- disconnect OAuth at any time (revoking access)
- request data deletion by contacting us
- request clarification about what data is stored and why
9) Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date will be updated accordingly.
